01Do I need a consultation?+
Some services can be booked directly once suitability has been established, while others require consultation before treatment options can be discussed.
02Will a treatment always be recommended?+
No. A consultation may result in a different option being discussed, or no treatment being recommended.
03Can I see prescription cosmetic treatments and prices online?+
Aglow does not publicly promote prescription-only cosmetic medicines or associated treatment pricing. Relevant options can be discussed privately if appropriate to your individual circumstances.
04Do you use before-and-after photographs?+
The launch website does not rely on patient outcome galleries. If patient images are ever used in future, they must meet applicable consent, advertising and therapeutic-goods requirements.
05How do I know which skin treatment is suitable?+
A consultation or skin assessment can help identify which available service, if any, is appropriate based on your skin, concerns and relevant contraindications.
